Can I cancel my Care Plan at any time? +
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you keep access until the end of that period.
Does courier work from outside Johannesburg? +
Absolutely. We cover all 9 provinces via our nationwide via your prefered courier partner.
What materials do you work with? +
We clean and restore suede, nubuck, leather, mesh, canvas, denim, and mixed-material sneakers — using material-specific products each time.
Can I roll over unused cleans? +
Cleans don't roll over, but you can use all your monthly cleans across different pairs within the same month on Premium and Elite.
How does the restoration discount work? +
Your plan discount (5%, 10%, or 20%) applies automatically to any restorations, redyes, or repaints booked while you're an active Care Plan member.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
