We inspect and log your order on arrival — no forms, fast check-in.

3. Send or Drop Off Your Shoes

Pack your shoes securely in a box
Drop off at one of our locations
Or courier them to us with your order number

4. Structured Cleaning & Restoration

Our specialists perform structured cleaning and restoration using professional-grade products, material-specific methods, and controlled quality protocols. Every pair receives individual assessment and hands-on treatment.

5. Collection or Nationwide Delivery

Collect your pair in-store
Or receive nationwide courier delivery
You will be notified when your order is complete
