Thank you for choosing Sneaker TLC Cleaning &
Restoration and trusting us with your beloved shoes.
Although we endeavour to restore your sneakers to
the best possible condition our services are subject to
certain terms and conditions which we require you to
agree to before submitting your sneakers to us.

  1. Payment:
    We require full payment of the quoted tariff before
    accepting your shoes and commencing with the
    cleaning and restoration services.
    2. Pricing:
    The prices listed are estimates and may vary subject
    to the condition of the shoes and any additional work
    required to restore the shoes.
    3. Previously Restored Shoes:
    Additional charges may apply to shoes previously
    restored.
    4. Completion time:
    The completion times furnished are estimates but
    cannot be guaranteed.
    5. Refund policy:
    Sneaker TLC conducts its business on a strictly no-
    refund policy. We do not offer refunds on any service
    fees once the work has commenced. There will be
    strictly no refunds for customers dissatisfied with any
    services rendered or for cancellation or early
    collection of the shoes.
    6. Damage to property:
    Sneaker TLC accepts no liability for any loss due to
    theft or any cause whatsoever or damage to any
    items received from the customer which might occur
    whilst the items are in the possession of Sneaker TLC
    or transit. The customer herewith indemnifies Sneaker
    TLC from any claims for items lost or damaged in any
    manner whatsoever.
  2. Please pick up your items promptly.Uncollected items may not be safely stored due to staff changes.
    7. Warranty:
    Sneaker TLC Cleaning & restoration does not furnish
    any warranty that the shoes can be cleaned and / or
    restored to the customer's expectation. Due to the
    nature of the services rendered, the varying degrees
    of conditions of the shoes and the varying materials of
    the shoes results may vary, and Sneaker TLC accepts
    no liability for the finished products.

8.Return Policy:

Cleaning Service:All items brought in for cleaning are final sale and cannot be returned after collection. If you are dissatisfied with the service, please communicate your concerns to our team at the time of collection. Once an item has been collected and left the store, we are unable to accommodate any corrections.

Restoration Services:Items brought in for restoration may be returned within 30 days if you are not satisfied with the results. Beyond the 30-day period, we are unable to accept any items for correction.

9. Acceptance by Customer:By using the services of Sneaker TLC Cleaning &
Restoration services, the customer agrees to Loyalty Points &  Referral Program, the
above terms and conditions and accept the
associated risks. This will include any risks to the
shoes during the repair and / or cleaning process.

We are offering a mobile messaging program (the "Program"), which you

agree to use and participate in subject to these Mobile Messaging

Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (the "Agreement"). By opting

in to or participating in any of our Programs, you accept and agree to

these terms and conditions, including, without limitation, your

agreement to resolve any disputes with us through binding,

individual-only arbitration, as detailed in the "Dispute Resolution"

section below. This Agreement is limited to the program and is not

intended to modify other Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policy that

may govern the relationship between you and Us in other contexts.

 

 

The Program allows users to receive SMS/MMS mobile messages by

affirmatively opting into the program, such as through online or

application-based enrollment forms. Regardless of the opt-in method

you utilized to join the Program, you agree that this Agreement

applies to your participation in the program. By participating in the

program, you agree to receive automated or prerecorded marketing

mobile messages at the phone number associated with your opt-in, and

you understand that consent is not required to make any purchase from

Us. While you consent to receive messages sent using an autodialer,

the foregoing shall not be interpreted to suggest or imply that any or

all of our mobile messages are sent using an automatic telephone

dialing system ("ATDS" or "autodialer").

 

 

If you do not wish to continue participating in the Program or no

longer agree to this Agreement, you agree to reply STOP to any mobile

text message from Us in order to opt out of the program. You may

receive an additional mobile message confirming your decision to

opt-out. You understand and agree that the foregoing options are the

only reasonable methods of opting out. You understand and agree that

attempting to opt out by texting other words or verbally requesting

one of our team members to remove you from our list is not accounted

for as a reasonable means of opting out.

 

 

You acknowledge that the message frequency is various and that consent

is not a condition to purchase. The program involves recurring mobile

messages, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically

based on your interaction with us.
