Cleaning & Restoration Orders

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the steps below to ensure the fastest and most efficient turnaround time.

1. Book your required service through our website.
2. Select your shipping location during checkout.
3. Package your shoes securely and send them to the address provided in your confirmation email.
   Include a return label inside the package.
4. Order processing times vary depending on the restoration complexity and current service queue.
5. If additional restoration work is required after inspection, we will contact you before proceeding.
6. Once complete, your shoes will be shipped back and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
