RETURN POLICY

At Sneaker tlc Sa, we are dedicated to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. To facilitate this, we have established the following return and cancellation policies:

Return Window - Customers have a 72-hour window to return items from the date of receipt, provided the items have not been used.



Shipping Costs - Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless a separate agreement has been made or an error on our part necessitates the return. It is advised to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.



Cleaning Order Cancellations - Orders placed for cleaning services can be canceled within 24 hours from the time of booking to qualify for a full refund. Beyond this timeframe, cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
