How to Get Your Shoes Done at Sneaker TLC

1. Drop-Off (Johannesburg)

Locations: Midrand (8 Swart Dr, President Park, Unit 25 Workshed) •

Woodmead (20 Morris St East, Unit G13, Woodmead 703 Office Park)

When: Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm Sat 9am-4:30pm (public holidays 9am-1pm)

Note: We’ll log your order on arrival—fast check-in, no forms.

2. Local Pick-Up & Delivery (JHB)

What: Door-to-door pickup & return (fee applies) Limited to (0-30km of our Johannesburg location; pricing visible on pickup page.

3. Book your service

Make an account. (This is free and helps us know who you are).

Choose what you want:

- To clean your shoes

- Or get a special touch-up like redyeing, painting , unyellowing, regluing

You can do this for one, two, or more pairs of shoes.

4. Send or drop off

Secure your shoes in a box and drop off at the store selected and if you do not live close to any of our locations you may ship directly to the store address as long as your item has a valid order number our team will assist.

5. We clean & restore

EXPERT CLEANING
Our sneaker specialists will carefully clean, restore, and treat your sneakers using state-of-the-art techniques and premium products. Each pair gets personalized attention to ensure they look their best.

6. Return & rock

Collect in-store or get a tracked courier return nationwide. We’ll email when your order

ships back.

John has 3 pairs of shoes to get cleaned. One of those shoes needs a redye.

What John does:

Pick each pair of shoes:

- Choose if you want a Signature cleaning or Signature plus which comes shoe tree.

- Tell us the brand, size, and color.

- Take a clear photo of each.

- Pick where you will drop off and pick up your shoes.

- Add each pair to your cart.
